Shipping & Returns
Shipping. We ship worldwide with DHL and FedEx. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3 business days; made-to-order pieces need 7–10 business days more. Delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch — about 1–2 weeks in total. Free shipping to the US & Canada. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our Bali studio.
Import duties & taxes. Set by your country and collected by the carrier — in the US, DHL collects the tariff before delivery and will text or call you to pay. A government charge, not a shipping fee; your shipping is already paid in full.
Returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Our wrap dresses adjust across two sizes, and most other styles have an elastic back — if fit worries you, message us before ordering.
