Please allow 10 - 25 working days for the parcel to be delivered by standard shipping.
Shipping can be upgraded to EXPRESS method at an additional charge. Shipping time will be 5-10 days. Please specify in ‘Message to Seller’ box at checkout.
We are not responsible for any additional customs/duties/taxes implemented by your country's import laws.
We will use the address given to us at time of purchase so double check it is correct before ordering! Changing your address after purchase often causes confusion and mistakes within the system.

Please, don’t forget your item(s) may be held for additional customs/duty/VAT specific to your country. These fees are separate from your purchase with us and we have no connection to or control over them. They are different for each country. This may also add additional days to your shipping time and we have no way to speed up your countries customs procedures. We don’t attach any receipts or invoices to the package. Kayame has no control over your package once it is in the hands of the post office. This is especially true for International shipping, once your item reaches your Country it is in the total control of your countries Postal Service. We can not issue refunds for undelivered or lost packages. You will need to contact your local post office or your countries Postal Service if they make a mistake with your delivery.
