International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Kayame cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. Additionally, parcels returned to us by the shipping company due to unpaid customs charges will not be eligible for a refund.

Please keep in mind that all body types are different and people with the same measurements can look drastically different in the same garment.

Refer to the size chart below for a general guideline of my sizing.

The numbers below represent the actual body measurements and are not the measurements of the garment. Contact us if you are uncertain of sizing.

XS - size 0/2, bust 33-34(84-86cm) • waist 25-26(66cm) •
hip 35-36(91-94cm)

S - size 2/4, bust 35-36(88-90cm) • waist 26-27(71cm) •
hip 37-38(97-99cm)

M - size 6/8, bust 37-38(95cm) • waist 29-30(76cm) •

We are washing all the fabrics twice during the production process, so that our customers will get pieces that will not change after home wash.
Wash natural fabrics by hand or in a washing machine on a cold gentle cycle.
Please keep in mind that hot water makes natural fabrics shrink a bit.

Each Garment is dyed by hand with fiber reactive dyes or natural plant dyes. They differ from dyebath to dyebath however, so while you can be assured that the color is similar, the shades may range from dark to light. Dyeing is an art and the colors do vary from one dyebath to the next making it evermore unique. This is the nature of dyeing things by hand on organic fabrics.

The same fabric can take the dye differently due to seasonal changes that are more prominent in non GMO organic fiber crops and plant based natural dyes.

Also keep in mind that the colors of the actual garment may be different than how they look in the photos depending on your computer's resolutions, I do my absolute best to match everyone's color requests!

Please use the size chart found in the description with each items to determine your general size. Kayame garments are true to our Size Chart so please don’t order based on what size you are in other companies garment sizes. Basing your desired fit around your true measurements will yield the best results. Please keep in mind we make CUSTOM CLOTHING here at Kayame not TAILORED clothing. A Tailored fit requires the body to be present.

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL or Fedex. We typically process and dispatch orders within 3 business days if the item is in stock. Most pieces are created especially for you after your order is placed.
Please allow up to 1 week from the time of purchase for us to cut, sew, and hand-dye your garment before shipping.
