Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We deduct bank fees, our shipping expense plus customs fees as we pay here in Indonesia on a returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at kayameshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or repair. Please make us a video of the issue and send to kayameshop@gmail.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased at a discount are non-refundable, as we offer the best prices across all our platforms and incur significant losses on such sales. You can cancel a discount at checkout and purchase without it, making your items eligible for a refund. Purchased without Tax coverage are not refundable.
Taxes and Delivery Fees: Taxes and delivery fees are non-refundable, as these payments go to the government and DHL/Fedex.
Time Limit: If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Unreceived Items: Items not received by the buyer will not be refunded or accepted as returns. This is because we are required to pay taxes on returns exceeding $10, even if the items are returned to us. As a result, such packages will either be destroyed by DHL or remain at the customs of your country.
Color, Size, and Shape Issues: Items where the color, size, or shape did not meet your expectations will not be refunded or accepted as returns. This is because we dye all products organically, and the color can vary depending on the season or the specific process used. In some cases, you may be able to exchange items for a different size or request store credit, but any delivery and processing fees will be deducted from the credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus our shipping expense if you just don't like the garment, colour or been wrong with sizing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
